Two pieces: the Builder, a Windows app where the strategy is assembled, and the Executor, a single Expert Advisor that runs all your strategies on MetaTrader 5, on your account, at your broker.
No blank screen. The Builder opens with factory strategies already assembled, moving-average crossover, SuperTrend, RSI reversal, channel breakout, and each one says in a line what it does, when to use it and when it fails. Your job becomes editing, which is easier than creating.
Optimising in StrategyQuant? Import the .sqx. The import validates block by block and refuses what it cannot execute, instead of promising and failing on your account. Before shipping, we ran 189 imported strategies side by side with the robot StrategyQuant itself exports: 45,258 trades compared one by one, by date, price and volume, with no divergence. Even so, review yours before enabling it — StrategyQuant has features the Centurion does not execute yet, and no test covers everything; if anything differs from the original, support adjusts it at no cost. Strategy from somewhere else? Rebuild the logic with the existing blocks.
Each indicator is a block. Each block offers market readings (“fast MA crossed above the slow”, “ADX rising”, “price touched the band”). You say which reading enters long, which exits, which enters short, and which acts as a gate while it does not hold.
The Builder teaches the distinction that matters most: a transition reading holds only on the bar where it happens; a persistent reading holds as long as it lasts. Using a transition as a gate is the classic trap, and it warns you before you fall into it.
Stop and target in points, percent, ATR or candle range. Breakeven, partial take-profit, trailing stop by moving average, HiLo, SAR or highs and lows. Financial limits per day, week and month. Trading hours, intraday pause, allowed weekdays.
On execution: market or pending order with an offset, what to do on an opposite signal (reverse or just close), closed or forming candle, and automatic futures rollover on B3.
The review walks through Signals, Filters, Exits, Risk and Execution and flags three levels: error (blocks the export), warning (probably does not do what you want) and tip. A side that enters with nothing setting the price, a block assembled but switched off, a forgotten rollover: it catches them before the market does.
Save validates first and, on error, does not write.
In the Library you switch on the strategies that go to the account. The Builder hands each one to the executor in an encrypted package, internally, with no manual step. A switched-off strategy does not go.
The Builder finds the MetaTrader 5 installations on your machine and installs the executor into the one you choose. Then drag Centurion onto any chart and switch on automated trading.
The chart is just a host. Each strategy carries its own symbol and timeframe. One executor runs every enabled strategy at once, each with its own magic number.
The executor publishes telemetry and the Builder shows, per strategy: status, daily and cumulative P&L, drawdown, number of trades, win rate, open positions and last tick. From there you pause, resume or close a strategy's positions without opening MT5.
Tweaked the strategy? Save and reattach Centurion to the chart. A strategy that was switched off is shut down safely: the executor closes its positions, cancels its pending orders, and logs it in the Journal.
